Booking Terms
Please contact us about available dates (3 nights minimum stay). Bookings are normally from FRIDAY 1.00 pm to FRIDAY 10.00 am for a 7 night stay.
Apartment prices for one week start from £450 and rise to £750 at peak times. Short breaks are available on request. (There is a special supplement for Freshers Week in October and Graduation Week in June).
For bookings made 8 weeks or more prior to arrival, a 50% deposit is required. The balance is then due for payment 6 weeks prior to your arrival. (Please note, the deposit is required to secure your reservation and it is non-refundable.) Payment can be made by cheque or cash.
